Prayer And Declaration For The Grieving

Updated: Jun 8, 2022

Father Your word in Hebrews 4:15, says this High Priest understands our weaknesses. It means that You understand when we are weaken by grief.

Matthew 11:28, come unto me all who are weary and carry heavy burdens and I will give you rest. Give rest to those heavy burdened with grief right now.

Psalm 68:5 says, that you are a Father to the fatherless and judge for the widows. May they take comfort in that truth right now.

Psalm 23:4, yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me, Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me. Even so, Lord as many are walking through the valley of death, may they not be fearful.

John 14:27 says, My peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you, let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Let that peace reign in the hearts and lives of the bereaved even now in Jesus name.

According to Philippians 4:7, I declare, that the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Father, thank You for the comfort of Your Word, and I apply it to every grieving heart right now in Jesus name, Amen.
